About the Role
We are looking for sales representatives for the Digital Buildings field service (m/f/d). You will be part of inclusive teams working on meaningful challenges and contributing your skills to solutions that make industries, communities, and our planet more sustainable.
Responsibilities
- You will manage existing system integrators in your sales territory, further develop partnerships, and specifically acquire new partners.
- You will understand your partners' business, identify potential, and jointly develop new sales opportunities.
- Your focus will be on BMS/MSR as well as plant and room automation, while also thinking beyond traditional building automation.
- You will inspire partners with our solutions and support them in successfully implementing them with their customers.
- You will be active in the market, expand relationships, and consistently pursue business opportunities to closure.
- You will connect the right experts for technical or commercial questions and ensure that issues progress.
Requirements
- You have experience or good technical understanding of building automation and building technology.
- Your background can be through technical, commercial-technical, or comparable training, further education, or a degree.
- Ideally, you are familiar with BMS/MSR, building automation, electrical engineering, automation technology, or technical building equipment.
- You actively approach people, recognize opportunities, and have the ambition to develop joint business.
- You act independently, reliably, and solution-oriented, follow up on issues, and take responsibility.
- You convince with an authentic demeanor, very good German and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel and a driver's license class B.
