About the Role
This 12-month Industrial Placement in Project Management offers a junior-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Engineering & Technical discipline on the significant Sizewell C nuclear new-build project. You will learn from experienced professionals, contribute to a sustainable energy initiative, and develop valuable project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers and Engineering & Technical teams with planning and coordination of project activities.
- Help monitor programme, milestones, risks, issues, and actions.
- Support project reporting and provide clear information for decision-making.
- Work with engineers and technical specialists to understand project requirements, dependencies, and interfaces.
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders across a large, multidisciplinary project.
- Support meetings, workshops, and project reviews, including tracking actions to completion.
Requirements
- Currently studying towards a relevant degree.
- Must meet the criteria for Security Vetting.
- Ordinarily, must have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years for Security Vetting.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
