About the Role

Warner Music Group's Emerging Talent Associate Program is a paid, semester-long internship designed to provide individuals with hands-on experience in the music industry. ETAs are matched to departments based on interests and qualifications, participating in daily activities, strategic meetings, and offering ideas to drive WMG's global success. The program includes professional development workshops, industry insights, and a capstone project.

Responsibilities

Fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of their assigned department.
Participate in strategic meetings.
Help solve key business issues.
Offer ideas and perspectives to further WMG’s global success.
Commit to a 20-25 hour work week.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age by January 19, 2027.
Located and legally authorized to work within the United States for the duration of the program.
Responsible for own housing and transportation within the designated city.
A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity for our business.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as of your first day of employment with WMG.
Valid proof of work authorization will be required upon hire in accordance with federal law.
