About the Role
As the voice of our company, you are our customer's first point of contact and will help them take their first step in making their junk disappear. This late shift role is ideal for night owls or those who enjoy quiet working hours. Join over 250 Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world-class experience for our Australian customers.
- Receive inbound calls only; no outbound cold calls.
- Sell the services of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how junk can be removed.
- Answer customer questions about services, service areas, availability, and pricing to convert inquiries to bookings.
- Complete 3 weeks of fully paid remote training.
- Join a team with a Team Lead for ongoing support and growth.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in Ontario.
- Available for the first 3 weeks of training between 9 AM and 5:30 PM EST, Monday-Friday.
- Available to work between 3 PM and 5 AM EST, Monday - Sunday, after training.
- Possess a very friendly telephone manner.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology.
- Possess a quiet space at home.
- Have a quick & reliable wired internet connection.
- Have a good personal computer with min 8GB memory.
- Use a wired connection via an Ethernet cable.
