About the Role
Lead our technicians on the shop floor, help solve the hardest diagnostic problems, and keep work moving with quality and efficiency. You’ll need years of hands-on main-shop experience and the leadership to bring a team along with you.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and direct the shop’s technicians day to day
- Help technicians diagnose difficult and repeat-repair concerns
- Keep repair work moving through the shop and finished to a high standard
- Work closely with service department management to keep the shop running smoothly
Requirements
- At least 10 years as a main-shop technician, or past experience as a dealership shop foreman
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not required
- Available to work 5–6 days a week
