About the Role
The Regional Security Manager will collaborate closely with all Security managers within the Hotels, driving improvements and providing specialist support. The Safety & Security team plays a vital role in safeguarding guests, colleagues, and hotels, protecting individuals and the company's reputation.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance tools, resources, and learning materials for hotel teams.
- Deliver professional training and engagement activities for hotel leaders and corporate colleagues.
- Act as a key contact for corporate safety and security initiatives, supporting adoption and collaborating with facilities management.
- Support UK Region hotels in developing and testing emergency and crisis arrangements.
- Undertake specific project work to support strategic improvement for SSHE management within the UK.
- Implement, update, and issue SOPs related to Security.
- Promote the effective use of SSHE systems and arrangements at UK Region hotels.
- Lead on Security engagement with hotel management and supervisors, highlighting roles and responsibilities and facilitating effective SSHE through training, implementation, audit, and feedback.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in security.
- Experience in designing and enhancing tools, resources, and learning materials.
- Experience in delivering professional training and engagement activities.
- Experience acting as a key contact for corporate initiatives.
- Experience supporting adoption and collaborating with facilities management.
- Experience supporting hotels in developing and testing emergency and crisis arrangements.
