About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on opportunity to shape how La Fosse Academy supports Associates from training into client roles and throughout their community tenure. You will combine commercial planning, programme delivery, and people development with the scope to set the approach and see the impact of your work on people's careers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead placement strategy and delivery, ensuring Associates have preparation, support, and opportunities to move from training into work.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Training, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, and Marketing to align client needs with Associate capabilities.
  • Shape future cohorts using market insight and client conversations for forward planning.
  • Create successful placements by matching Associates with suitable opportunities, supporting interview preparation, and guiding them through placement and client onboarding.
  • Turn demand into workable plans by assessing and coordinating client-led cohorts, agreeing on requirements for skills, location, numbers, and timings.
  • Build a connected community by keeping learners, placed Associates, and alumni engaged through communication, events, development, and recognition.
  • Bring teams together by creating clear, practical ways of working for consistent Associate support and clear next steps.
  • Continuously improve the experience by using placement data, client insight, and Associate feedback to strengthen career readiness, placement outcomes, and future cohort planning.
  • Provide demand insight and clear briefs to the Talent Acquisition team for effective planning.
  • Take ownership of the Associate placement journey once training begins.

Requirements

  • Experience leading a program or service across multiple teams, with responsibility for both planning and delivery.
  • Commercial judgment and confidence to challenge unrealistic expectations, agree priorities, and turn complex requests into clear plans.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills, with the ability to keep people aligned as priorities change.
  • Experience supporting people through interviews, placements, onboarding, or career development.
  • Confidence using data and market insight to make decisions.
  • Clear commitment to widening access to careers in technology.
  • Enjoy taking ownership, getting involved in the detail, and improving how things work.
