FDNY Certificate of Fitness (FO1 -- Fire Guard) within 90 days of employment.
Active New York State Security Guard Certification.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
Ability to write clear and concise reports.
Ability to perform basic computer operations.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift >25lbs.
