About the Role
Join the Team at Glenmont Job Corps! We are seeking a professional, dependable, and proactive Safety & Security Advisor to help maintain a safe and supportive campus community where students can thrive.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the campus, students, staff, and visitors
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of facilities and grounds
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
- Enforce center policies and procedures to promote a secure environment
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to incidents and observations
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to support a positive student experience
Requirements
- Must have valid In state Drivers License
- High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
- Meet Company insurability requirements
- Ability to lift 40 pounds and /or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance
