  • Frame and solve complex business challenges using market assessments, consumer insights, competitive analysis, and rigorous analytical approaches to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Shape large-scale business transformations spanning margin improvement, cost optimisation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement across the consumer value chain.
  • Shape the strategic direction of technology-enabled transformations, advising C-suite executives on digital operating models, governance, organisational capabilities, and technology investment priorities that strengthen competitive advantage and deliver measurable business value.
  • Advise clients on enterprise technology strategy, including ERP transformation, platform modernisation, replatforming choices, business cases, and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior clients, facilitating constructive discussions, challenging assumptions with evidence, and translating strategic and technology decisions into clear business priorities.
  • Lead and develop high-performing, inclusive case teams, collaborating with BCG colleagues across Consumer, TDA, and other specialist capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes and strengthen the Practice's expertise.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience, including substantial strategy consulting experience and leadership of complex client engagements.
  • Deep expertise in FMCG, CPG, retail, beauty, luxury, or closely related consumer sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping technology-enabled business strategies, including digital operating models, ERP strategy, or platform transformation.
  • Strong commercial judgement, connecting consumer trends, technology investments, and operating model choices to competitive advantage.
  • Credibility advising C-suite executives, structuring ambiguous strategic questions, and influencing high-impact business decisions.
