The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising contract and subcontract language in a highly regulated environment, with knowledge of FAR, DFARS, mandatory flow-down requirements, and supplier agreement compliance. This individual will be responsible for ensuring contractual provisions are properly incorporated into subcontractor and supplier agreements while maintaining alignment with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
