About the Role
The Producer will work closely with the North America Creative Strategy and Sales teams, as well as external brands agencies, and production vendors, to project direct advertising solutions and campaigns that help drive Snap Inc.’s sales goals. The role will require management and oversight across multiple campaign executions and external production partners simultaneously. We’re looking for a creative, energized, and organized individual that will help us deliver white glove service to our advertising clients, while consistently expressing a 'can do' attitude.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple sponsored production projects at a time, primarily across AR, video & creators campaigns, from kickoff through final delivery.

- Serve as a day-to-day production contact for an assigned client or project portfolio, providing clear and timely communication throughout development.
- Coordinate external creative services partners and vendors against agreed scope, schedule, budget, and Snap’s quality expectations.
- Track assets, feedback, approvals, and delivery requirements; help ensure final assets are complete and distributed to the appropriate teams.
- Identify production risks, dependencies, and schedule or scope changes early; propose practical solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Apply Snap’s ad-product requirements, platform guidelines, and creative best practices to help projects meet their objectives.
- Maintain accurate project information and documentation in production and project-management tools.
- Contribute to process improvements and share learnings that help the team deliver work efficiently and consistently.
Requirements
- Strong project-management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear, timely written and verbal communication; able to build productive working relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Sound judgment in identifying issues, solving routine production challenges, and escalating risks appropriately.
- Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and budgets or costs.
- Interest in advertising, social media, creative production, AR, video, or creator-led content.
- Comfortable learning and using project-management and productivity tools, such as Monday.com and Google Workspace.
- 4+ years of experience in production, project management, creative operations, or a related role.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, stakeholders, or external partners while meeting deadlines.
