- Prioritise based on player value, data insights, business impact and delivery effort, and contribute to the overall product roadmap.
- Analyse player behaviour, in-game performance and player feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Define success metrics, drive systematic A/B testing and translate results into clear actions to improve engagement, retention and monetisation.
- Translate insights into actionable product concepts, writing clear PRDs and well-structured Epics with defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics and Game Operations to deliver timely, high-quality player experiences, incorporating player insights into feature design and optimisation.
- Communicate recommendations, priorities, trade-offs and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment across teams.
- Foster clear communication and alignment across teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Mentor junior product managers and champion a collaborative, evidence-led product culture with scope to manage and develop direct reports over time.
Requirements
- At least 6 years in product management, with experience delivering measurable impact in live games or products with gamified experiences, ideally in free-to-play mobile gaming.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing optimisation.
