About the Role

Bayview Asset Management is establishing a dedicated AI Enablement function. As a Senior AI Enablement Consultant, you will partner with business teams to understand their workflows, identify AI opportunities, and build practical solutions to demonstrate value quickly. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys solving real-world problems with AI and contributing to the growth of the function.

Responsibilities

Partner with business units to map key processes and identify practical AI opportunities, running engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement.
Build custom agents, enterprise skills, and prompt workflows using no-code/low-code tools to solve business problems and demonstrate value.
Collaborate with IT teams by routing opportunities requiring custom integrations or development with clear, documented requirements.
Deliver enablement through training sessions, office hours, and content to help employees confidently adopt GenAI tools.
Contribute to and maintain the enterprise library of prompts, skills, and best practices.
Ensure GenAI tools are used in a governed, cost-aware manner aligned with firm standards.
Track new AI tools and features, pilot promising ones, and share learnings.
Serve as a go-to resource, providing responsive support to business units for AI-related questions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 - 7 years in a business-facing technology, consulting, analyst, product, or enablement role.
Hands-on generative AI experience.
Strong power-user fluency with GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).
Solid prompt-engineering skills.
Ability to build custom agents, skills, and prompt workflows (no-code/low-code) within enterprise AI tools.
High ownership and a fast-learning, self-starting mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Strong communication skills, able to explain AI concepts to non-technical audiences and run engaging training.
Good judgment with sensitive data and awareness of governance and risk.
