This is a senior builder role focused on setting strategic direction and operationalizing it by defining partner tiers, launching specializations, building program processes, and setting success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Services Partner program strategy and roadmap, translating company priorities, customer needs, market trends, and ecosystem gaps into a clear program vision, operating model, and phased roadmap.
  • Design and launch a new, differentiated Services Partner track within the overall Okta Partner program, including partner segmentation, lifecycle journeys, tiers, requirements, benefits, specializations, progression criteria, governance, and partner-facing value proposition.
  • Create mechanisms to build partner capability and quality, defining partner readiness, practice maturity, delivery excellence, and managed-services capability.
  • Establish scalable pathways for onboarding, accreditation, certification, specialization, quality standards, and continuous improvement in partnership with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Enablement.
  • Drive cross-functional execution on an accelerated timeline, coordinating senior stakeholders across multiple departments to set milestones, ownership, decision points, risks, and launch criteria.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner programs, channel or ecosystem strategy, alliances, professional services programs, business operations, and go-to-market strategy within enterprise SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, identity, or a similarly complex technology environment.
  • Proven experience building or significantly redesigning a services partner program from strategy through launch and ongoing operations.
  • Deep experience working with Services Partners and a practical understanding of how they build profitable practices and delivery capabilities.
