About the Role
The Rallye Motor Company has an immediate opportunity for a Service Valet at Rallye BMW. Seeking reliable, energetic, and motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently park and transport client and company-owned vehicles, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Photograph incoming vehicles as directed by management and tag all vehicles.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to coordinate vehicle entry and exit from the shop.
- Safely park vehicles in designated areas and maintain organized keys.
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, directing them to their desired destinations.
- Maintain supplies and support materials, such as floor mats and plastic seat coverings, as requested.
Requirements
- Must possess a clean and valid New York driver's license.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Prior valet experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Must have an outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
