About the Role
As an experienced and dedicated Business Applications Administrator, you will find an exciting environment where technology is embraced up to the executive level. You will build bridges between business and IT, collaborating with highly competent colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Administration, configuration, and ongoing support of internal business applications, including managing application-specific user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
- Analysis and resolution of application issues, providing support to the Service Desk and business departments.
- Responsibility for the secure and stable operation, documentation, integrations, licenses, and the entire lifecycle of supported applications.
- Planning, coordination, and testing of updates, configuration changes, new features, and application migrations.
- Implementation of projects for process optimization and automation, as well as support for selected AI-powered workflows and integrations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the administration, support, or integration of business applications.
- Good knowledge of workflow configuration, REST APIs, webhooks, system integrations, testing, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience in administering YouTrack, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, XWiki, SugarCRM, and Zoom.
- Basic to good knowledge of AI/LLM applications and automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Secure communication in German (min. B2) and English (min. B2), both written and spoken.
