About the Role
Odin is seeking two Graduate Venture Operations Associates to manage the Closing Process, transforming fundraised deals into legal investments. This role involves managing the entire investment process, from legal documentation to wire transfers, and liaising directly with customers.
Responsibilities
- Calculating fees and final investment amounts
- Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents
- Managing wire transfers to complete the investment process
- Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience
Requirements
- A drive to understand in detail how things fit together
- Problem-solving skills to resolve customer challenges and act as a strategic partner
- A mindset that recognizes the essential role of technology in process automation
- Organizational and focused approach to prioritizing tasks logically
- Ability to balance multiple goals, tasks, and priorities
- Proactive approach to anticipating and addressing issues
- Brilliant with Excel
- Recent graduates seeking a post-graduation internship are encouraged to apply
