About the Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in scaling high-performing central teams across a fast-growing fintech. You will be embedded directly within the client’s teams, leading full-cycle recruitment across regulated and specialist functions to help the business grow quickly and sustainably. You will be supported by a squad of delivery specialists and talent experts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process across Compliance and Financial Crime, Risk and Credit, Operations, Finance, People, and Data roles
- Build and maintain pipelines of hard-to-find specialist talent using sourcing tools and outbound strategies
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes and hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication and thoughtful feedback
- Use recruitment data to monitor progress, report on hiring outcomes and suggest improvements
- Adapt to changing priorities and pace in a high-growth, client-driven environment
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple central or G&A functions, ideally within financial services, fintech or tech scale-ups
- Experience hiring for credit, risk or compliance roles is a strong plus
- Competence using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple roles at once
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including the confidence to challenge narrow briefs
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and comfort with ambiguity
