About the Role
As a national leader in mental health services, Mindpath Health empowers clinicians and prioritizes care to help people thrive. The Sr. Clinical Recruiter (Therapy) will manage overall clinical recruitment activities for an assigned region, ensuring successful hiring of clinical candidates from sourcing through contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiting and operational leadership to execute hiring needs for an assigned region, documenting candidate progress in the ATS.
- Develop recruiting plans per assigned region in collaboration with recruiting leadership.
- Participate in the development and implementation of lead generation and sourcing strategies.
- Track candidate activity via ATS to inform recruiting strategies and resource allocation.
- Report candidate activity for open positions during monthly recruiting and recruiter connect calls.
- Coordinate and schedule initial candidate clinical engagement phone interviews.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates on their hiring process status.
- Serve as a mentor to train new recruiters.
- Assist with recruiting events and special requests.
- Up to 5% travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of healthcare recruitment experience required.
- Therapy, Physician, or a combination of both clinician recruitment experience needed.
- Experience developing and implementing overall recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Working knowledge of therapy practice models and compensation models in the industry.
- Ability to manage multiple openings across state/multi-state regional levels.
- Demonstrated effective communication and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
