About the Role
Haema is the largest private blood and plasma donation service in Germany with 40 locations. We are a partner of Grifols, a global leader in the healthcare industry, developing and offering plasma-derived medicinal products and other innovative biopharmaceutical products. Our shared mission is to improve the health and well-being of people worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Acceptance, processing, and packaging of customer orders
- Ensuring logistical processes and issuing blood products to customers
- Proper storage of blood products
- Software-supported process documentation
- Processing of alerts
- Acceptance and forwarding of general telephone inquiries
- Compliance with internal guidelines and legally required measures
Requirements
- Willingness to positively influence the lives of many people together with us
- Preferably medical vocational training or previous professional experience
- Knowledge of blood groups is an advantage
- Service-oriented, independent, and organized way of working and enjoyment of working with people
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and affinity for new ERP programs
- Willingness to work in a regulated three-shift system (payment of shift, weekend, and public holiday bonuses / shift times: 05:45 – 14:15, 13:30 – 22:00, 21:30 – 06:00)

Salary/Compensations
- €35,000 – €41,000 gross annual salary (40h full-time, depending on qualifications)
- Allowances for late shifts from 5:00 PM
