About the Role
Manager, Transaction Operations will oversee transactional procurement activities, partner with the MGS offshore delivery team, and lead complex sourcing and contracting engagements to deliver efficient, compliant, and customer-focused procurement services across North America.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of transactional procurement services supporting North America.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with the MGS offshore delivery team.
- Manage stakeholder escalations and procurement-related inquiries.
- Lead low-to-medium complexity sourcing initiatives and supplier engagements.
- Support contract negotiations, commercial reviews, and supplier evaluations.
- Monitor operational KPIs, service levels, and cycle-time performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, vendor management, contract management, or procurement operations experience.
- Experience managing supplier engagements and procurement transactions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, procurement governance, and supplier management.
- Experience working within a shared services or offshore delivery model.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
