About the Role
Create meaningful connections with every customer by leveraging personalized sales expertise and AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. Meet sales targets and earn commission in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Engage with the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, staying current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- No sales experience is required; comprehensive training and coaching will be provided.

- $55,200 to $75,000 (including hourly rate and uncapped commission)
