About the Role
Become a security employee (m/w/d) in an exclusive luxury hotel at the Zoo and contribute to a safe and pleasant environment for guests and employees. You are the friendly "calling card" of the house for guests, employees, and residents. Your presence ensures safety and order in our upscale ambiance. Your working hours adapt to the respective area of deployment, flexibility is required. We place particular emphasis on excellent service and appropriate manners, which is a matter of course for you. Even in hectic moments or with communication hurdles, you remain calm and always find a suitable solution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the friendly "calling card" of the house for guests, employees, and residents.
- Ensure safety and order with your presence in an upscale ambiance.
- Adapt working hours to the respective area of deployment, requiring flexibility.
- Provide excellent service and maintain appropriate manners.
- Remain calm and find suitable solutions even in hectic moments or with communication hurdles.
Requirements
- Security certificate according to § 34a GewO.
- Very good German language skills and basic English knowledge.
- Friendly, confident, and professional appearance in a suit.
- Fitness and athleticism are expected.
- Willingness to work shifts is required, as much of our work is required in the evening and night hours.
- A clear police certificate of good conduct is a prerequisite.
