About the Role
Mace is seeking inspirational Senior Project Managers to support its expanding private business unit, focusing on project management consultancy for corporate real estate projects and programs. This role involves end-to-end project management, client-facing delivery, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management across the project lifecycle to meet defined time, cost, technical performance, and quality requirements.
- Manage client-facing delivery and collaborate with stakeholders to shape project plans.
- Mobilize specialist teams and manage governance requirements.
- Drive delivery as the lead consultant, building strong relationships and ensuring outcomes align with client strategy.
- Apply strong health and safety knowledge across projects.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Manage quality systems and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
- Support senior leaders with timely project outputs.
- Manage budgets, risks, and functional development.
- Manage consultant teams collaboratively to meet KPIs.
- Promote innovation and best practice across Mace.
Requirements
- JCT/NEC4 project delivery experience with professional accreditation.
- Strong corporate real estate project management expertise.
- Proven leadership in large teams and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Commercially aware, with understanding of sustainability and carbon impacts.
