About the Role
Join our team as a Childcare Activity Leader and turn ordinary mornings and afternoons into unforgettable adventures! At Junior Adventures Group, we’re champions of fun, bringing smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
- Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm.
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
Requirements
- Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
- A creative thinker who knows how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience.
- A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Children's Barred List Check required.
- Appointment is subject to satisfactory DBS and suitability checks.
- Online searches may be undertaken in relation to shortlisted candidates.
