About the Role
CloudKitchens is transforming the restaurant industry by creating smart kitchens for online food delivery, making food more affordable, higher quality, and convenient. This role is crucial in managing the cost aspects of our commercial kitchen development projects.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates, procurement budgets, and vendor contracts for commercial kitchen development projects.
- Source and coordinate with general contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to support project delivery.
- Review vendor proposals and commercial submissions, negotiate pricing, and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
- Coordinate purchasing, pricing, and delivery of construction materials and kitchen equipment across multiple project locations.
- Partner with Kitchen Onboarding and internal teams to procure equipment that meets operational requirements.
- Support contract negotiations, approvals, and ongoing vendor management to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, cost estimating, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with construction materials, commercial equipment, or construction-related purchasing.
- Experience working with vendor quotations, contracts, pricing, and cost estimates.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors, purchases, and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment or construction procurement is a plus.

- $71,000 - $83,000 per year
