About the Role
Hudson Valley magazine is seeking an energetic, organized, and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join its advertising sales team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys communicating with people, is comfortable making outbound calls, thrives in a goal-oriented environment, and is interested in building a career in media, advertising, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telephone and email prospecting to assigned advertising lists.
- Sell list advertising into 5 annual LIST guides in Hudson Valley Magazine – Lawyers, Doctors, Real Estate Professionals, Dentists, Giving Guide.
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and sales information within the company’s CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Sales and/or customer service experience.
- Strong telephone and written communication skills.
