About the Role

We are seeking Clinical Support Staff to join our team and contribute to a safe, structured, and supportive environment for individuals diagnosed with substance use disorders in a residential setting. In this role, you will oversee daily activities, supervise meal preparation and household responsibilities, and facilitate the development of independent living skills. You will also conduct routine wellness checks, uphold confidentiality and professional boundaries, and provide guidance, support, and encouragement to clients as they progress in their recovery.

Overseeing daily activities
Supervising meal preparation and household responsibilities
Facilitating the development of independent living skills
Conducting routine wellness checks
Upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries
Providing guidance, support, and encouragement to clients
Assisting with medication oversight
Coordinating transportation for clients to scheduled appointments
Responding to medical or crisis situations
Ensuring compliance with all program policies and procedures

Requirements

Must have a High School Diploma or GED
1 year of experience in human services field
Must maintain a valid Drivers License
