About the Role
You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. You will join Hims & Hers to do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries. We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally.
Responsibilities
- Own a problem area across connected surfaces, not a queue of screens, from definition to delivery.
- Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate.
- Drive the work without waiting for a spec.
- Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence.
- Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market.
- Work end to end, from problem definition and research to information architecture and UX writing.
- Conduct your own research and usability testing.
- Set up and honestly read A/B tests.
- Break down problems and package them back up.
Requirements
- You shape the problem, not just the pixels.
- Use research, data and the input of others to break down ambiguity.
- Typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions used with intent.
- Design inclusively without being asked.
- Design across surfaces, from mobile to emerging platforms like AI-native interfaces.
- Contribute to the system others build on.
- Shape what got built.
- Metrics, research and commercial awareness sit next to the work.
- Communicate clearly, specifically, and with opinion.
- Share early and often, and use critique to sharpen the work.
- Lift the quality of every review you join.
- Prototype in tools like Claude Code and Cursor to test ideas in real code.
- Focus judgement where it counts.
- Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
