About the Role
As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will be a brand ambassador, creating energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. This learning role focuses on developing customer service skills and product expertise in preparation for promotion to Mobile Expert.
Responsibilities
- Learn and build proficiency in customer service.
- Provide a best-in-class customer experience and build loyalty.
- Help customers by exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology.
- Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informative answers.
- Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
- Become proficient in using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plans, and services.
- Perform device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and reference resources.
- Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and handoff small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for company success.
- Provide first-class customer experience.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
