About the Role
Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer for Perimeter Patrol in Austin, TX. This role offers flexible scheduling, dependable hours at an assigned site, and the opportunity to earn more by picking up additional shifts. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents.
- Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
