About the Role
NET-A-PORTER is the leading luxury fashion destination for women, revolutionizing how women shop for fashion, fine jewelry & watches, and lifestyle collections. We continue to lead in discovery, inspiration, curation, customer experience, and storytelling, creating exclusive, personalized experiences for our EIPs.
Responsibilities
- Commission and produce fashion, beauty, and still life photography and video for campaigns, editorial, social, video, and corporate shoots.
- Lead end-to-end stills and video pre-production, on-set production, and post-production, delivering at least one shoot per week.
- Plan production schedules and timing plans in sync with content and creative calendars.
- Source, book, and maintain relationships with top-tier talent and partners.
- Plan and manage shoot budgets, negotiate rates, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and pitch ideas for contributors.
- Coordinate on-the-ground shoot logistics, locations, and asset workflows.
- Oversee image retouching, crediting, final image delivery, and video post-production.
- Secure and maintain records of contracts, usage rights, and contributor agreements.
- Provide leadership, oversee administrative and financial duties, delegate, troubleshoot, and mentor Shoot Assistants.
- Optimize processes to enhance output efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the NET-A-PORTER aesthetic and tone.
- At least 1-2 years of shoot production experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing high-calibre talent and working across high-end artist portfolios.
- Significant booking experience for high-end fashion shoots with established relationships with top-tier photographers and agents.
- Deep expertise in budgeting, financial management, and maintaining cost controls.
- Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic problem solver who remains calm under pressure.
- Discreet, professional, and well-spoken demeanor with outstanding communication, networking, attendance, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Photoshop and Design applications are considered an advantage.
- Willing to travel outside office hours at short notice.
