About the Role

As an experienced SAP IS-U Retail Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects without extensive travel demands, working within Deloitte's Project Talent Model for long-term, onsite client service delivery.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
Act as a liaison between the business area and technical support organizations to ensure business needs are properly documented and translated into technical requirements.
Support business continuity, governance, risk identification, escalation, operational reporting, and execution of departmental priorities.
Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations related to Customer Service business processes, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Requirements

3+ years of SAP IS-U experience
Experience in Retail Access processes, including supplier-related transactions, enrollment and change activities, market requirements, exception management, and regulatory and operational support.
Experience in utility Customer Service operations, SAP utility system processes, query and reporting tools, and data analysis.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
