About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to work on leading mobile games in a team of highly skilled developers. You will work in an environment that will enable you to boost your Software Engineering and Leadership skills and have a big impact on the new features and direction of our titles.
Responsibilities
- Line management of a small team, including 1to1s, reviews, personal development plans, and team growth
- Participate in all aspects of the recruitment process
- Liaise with multiple collaborators throughout the Business Unit across varying functions
- Collaborate with other development leads and their teams in the unit and supporting functions
- Direct the team in their technical tasks and workload
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and assist in the story crafting process
Requirements
- Manage expectations with collaborators and be transparent with risks and options
- Lead by example and drive technical quality within the team
- Comfortable with management of collaborators and interested parties
- Develop others and delegate tasks
- Champion inclusion
- Adaptable and resilient in a live-service environment
- Proactively communicative with strong oral and written communication skills
- Professional experience with Unity and C#
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices and design principles
- Proficient with Unity architecture, Unity UI and the graphics pipeline
