About the Role
Create meaningful connections with customers by providing personalized sales expertise and utilizing AT&T's full suite of products and services. This role involves meeting sales targets and earning commission in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Engage with the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
- Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus and may result in additional starting pay.
- Flexibility and openness to change are beneficial.
