About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in London, focused on delivering outstanding customer service and making a positive impact on residents' daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly and handle queries.
- Assist residents with maintenance requests.
- Address and resolve issues promptly, escalating concerns as needed.
- Conduct security checks, including ID verification and CCTV monitoring.
- Manage and record resident deliveries.
- Maintain the presentation of the concierge area and lobby.
- Perform safety checks, including H&S hazard identification and testing of safety systems.
- Provide local area advice and recommendations to residents.
Requirements
- A strong customer service or security background is valued.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with care.
