Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day process of managing new and existing patients.
- Check patients in and out.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
- Collect co-pays.
- Answer phones.
- Schedule appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Prior Medical Office experience is preferred.
- Experience with Medical software and terminology is a plus.
