Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in customer service and the entire sales process.
- Professional reception and support of customers and guests in the store.
- Coordination and follow-up of leads via personal contact, phone, and email.
- Take over administrative and organizational tasks in vehicle disposition, including orders, registrations, and invoice creation.
- Maintain and manage customer and vehicle data to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and coordinate test drives.
- Support the planning and execution of sales promotions and events.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in sales, sales assistance, or vehicle disposition, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills when dealing with customers.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Independent, structured, and reliable work approach.
- High customer and service orientation, as well as teamwork skills.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
