About the Role
We are looking for a multitasking talent to support our team in customer and project management. The role involves strong communication, excellent overview, and reliable project support with a high degree of service orientation. This is a temporary position for 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between German/international clients and our international laboratory network.
- Coordinate deadlines and monitor completion dates for clients in close consultation with the Mérieux NutriSciences group's laboratory network.
- Proactively communicate with clients in a solution-oriented manner regarding process monitoring.
- Provide administrative support to the KPM team and handle order processing.
- Communicate with clients and manage projects in coordination with the responsible customer and project manager.
- Provide operational support in the creation of test reports, expert opinions, and quotations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial or scientific apprenticeship or a degree in food chemistry, chemistry, or food technology.
- Initial professional experience in the analytics sector or comparable internships are desirable.
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken German and English. Any additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, ideally with experience in Google Suite modules and LIMS.
- Very good team and organizational skills, as well as flexibility and commitment.
