About the Role
We are looking for ambitious students who want to gain real-world B2B marketing experience at the forefront of a global SaaS company, engaging senior executives at leading enterprises in an international, English-speaking environment. Join our APJ Marketing Team and help us strengthen Stibo Systems' demand generation in Japan. Internships offering real-world B2B marketing experience at a global SaaS company are rare in Japan. This is a unique opportunity you will not find in most student roles.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and delivery of seminars and events for large enterprises, including logistics, attendee communications and post-event follow-up
- Support the planning, promotion and delivery of webinars
- Support digital demand generation activities such as online advertising, landing pages and content syndication
- Create and send invitation and follow-up emails using HubSpot
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and target accounts
- Localise English marketing materials into Japanese and help create content for the Japanese market
- Track campaign results (e.g. attendance, email open rates) and prepare reports and dashboards
- Assist with administrative tasks related to budgets and vendor coordination
Requirements
- University students in any field of study (first- and second-year students welcome)
- Native-level Japanese
- Comfortable reading and writing in English (daily emails and documents are in English)
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Enjoys working with numbers and data
- Careful and reliable with detailed tasks
- Enjoys taking on new challenges
- A strong problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with colleagues across different countries and cultures
- Available for at least 6 months
