About the Role
Power Conversion is driving the electrical transformation of the global energy infrastructure by developing and delivering advanced motor, drive, and control technologies that improve the efficiency and decarbonization of energy-intensive processes and systems, accelerating the energy transition in marine, energy, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support software engineering on projects in automation technology
- Programming of PLC programs
Requirements
- Studies in electrical/drive technology, ideally with a focus on software/automation
- Interest in the development and engineering of power converters and high-performance converter systems
- Prior knowledge in some of the described task areas
- Support project team work with an analytical and pragmatic approach
- Quick comprehension, reliability, and an independent, structured way of working
- Very good language skills in German and English
- The contract duration can be individually agreed upon, but should be approximately 20 hours per week over a period of at least 6-12 months.
