About the Role
Participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop future leaders through real-world experience at airport locations. Gain exposure to key operational areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service, while learning how to deliver elevated service experiences for premium customers, drive operational efficiency, and support financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through core operational functions to build a strong foundation in airport operations.
- Learn how daily decisions impact fleet availability, revenue, customer satisfaction, and employee performance.
- Transition into a supervisory role overseeing one or more daily operations or sales functions.
- Lead frontline teams.
- Support premium customer interactions.
- Monitor performance metrics.
- Ensure service, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.
- Receive ongoing mentorship and development support.
- Advance into future leadership roles within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree plus at least two years of customer service experience.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with moderate noise levels.
- Regular, on-site presence is required.
- One year of experience providing high-quality customer service is a plus.
