About the Role
The Oversight, Surveillance & Monitoring (OSM) Program Representative provides independent, evidence-based oversight of Digital Enterprise (DE) program performance, compliance, and risk posture. The role verifies adherence to governance, baselines, schedules, and requirements, supplying factual insight to leadership while maintaining strict independence from execution organizations.

Requirements
