About the Role

Shape Oracle HCM strategy, influence transformation, and build what comes next. This role offers the opportunity to join Version 1 and take a senior role across complex Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programmes, working with clients to shape solutions, challenge thinking, and deliver measurable improvements to how organisations develop, engage, and retain their people. You will be a trusted advisor, combining deep Talent & Learning expertise with consulting skills to influence stakeholders, lead solution design, and provide functional leadership throughout delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead Talent & Learning solution design.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Solve complex business challenges using Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management and Learning.
Work across major Cloud transformation programmes.
Challenge requirements and contribute own ideas and experience.
Mentor consultants and build capability within the Oracle HCM community.
Continue developing your own career with greater responsibility, influence, and leadership opportunities.
Influence testing strategy, delivery quality, and business outcomes across significant ERP transformation programmes.

Requirements

Eligible for CTC clearance.
Must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
Strong track record delivering Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learning solutions.
Comfortable operating at senior consultant level with clients.
Experience across multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
Deep functional expertise across Oracle Talent Management and Learning Cloud.
Experience leading discovery, design, and playback workshops with senior client stakeholders.
Experience translating complex business requirements into robust, scalable Oracle solutions.
Hands-on configuration, testing, and validation experience.
Experience with onboarding journeys, approval workflows, and associated HCM processes.
Experience providing functional leadership and strategic guidance throughout delivery.
Experience building trusted relationships and constructively challenging client requirements.
Experience coaching or mentoring other consultants and sharing Oracle leading practices.
Clients trust you to lead the conversation, not simply configure the technology.
