About the Role
In your role as a Springer (m/f/d), you will be flexibly deployed in our daycare centers, supporting wherever you are needed. This position offers a lot of variety and the opportunity to get to know different facilities, teams, and pedagogical approaches. With your openness, flexibility, and empathy, you will help ensure that children, colleagues, and families feel well-supported, even in substitute situations.
Responsibilities
- Support children in developing their own abilities, observe and document developmental steps, and integrate appropriate activities into the daily routine.
- Flexibly contribute to various daycare centers, get to know different teams, age groups, and pedagogical concepts, and be available where needed.
- Collaborate trustfully with the permanent specialists in each facility, exchange information on developmental progress, and shape the pedagogical daily routine together.
- Engage in dialogue with parents, share important information from daily life, and support parent-teacher conferences in consultation with the core team.
- Assist in preparing materials and projects, ensure an appealing room design, and help with small everyday tasks.
Requirements
- Competence as a state-recognized educator or an equivalent qualification according to the daycare center legislation of the state.
- Ability for open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal requirements.
- Team spirit, creativity, and the necessary flexibility for the varied daily routine of a Springer.
