About the Role
As a Low-Code Developer, you will develop and implement applications, workflows, and automations to make business processes more efficient, transparent, and scalable. You will work closely with business departments and IT, focusing on practical and technically sound implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and digital mapping of business processes
- Development and implementation of applications with low-code platforms
- Automation of manual workflows and optimization of existing processes
- Interface work between business departments and IT
- Testing, deployment, and maintenance of solutions
- Documentation and continuous development of existing applications
Requirements
- Experience with at least one low-code platform (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, Docuware, NocoDB, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian or similar)
- Advanced low-code knowledge and practical implementation experience
- Advanced knowledge in classic programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
- Understanding of business processes and their digital mapping
- Foundations in data modeling and relational structures
- Understanding of API/REST interfaces
- Basic knowledge of SQL or comparable database logic
- Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and English skills (B2+) for technical documentation
- Basic understanding of DevOps (optional)
- Experience with cloud environments (optional)
