About the Role

As a Consultant Forward Deployed Engineer, you will help clients make strategic decisions regarding AI & Data. Our team supports clients from defining their AI & Data strategy through implementing large-scale data platforms, visual analytics programs, and introducing smart "Age of With" solutions. You will help clients unlock the potential of Generative AI and Agentic AI at scale, implementing innovative solutions with measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Transforming businesses by working on ambitious AI programs for leading European companies, helping them change business models, processes, and ways of working with Generative AI and agents.
Identifying AI use cases with high business impact and supporting their implementation to create measurable value across the entire value chain.
Scaling AI solutions from experimentation to production environments for enterprise-wide deployment.
Developing AI-powered applications, agent systems, and workflows on modern enterprise AI platforms.
Introducing new technologies, methods, and best practices into client projects and contributing to reusable assets and reference implementations.

Requirements

First professional experience in developing, implementing, or introducing AI, GenAI, or data-driven solutions, ideally in a consulting or project environment.
Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics with a focus on Informatics, or a comparable degree.
Practical knowledge of Python and initial experience with GenAI and Agentic AI technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Microsoft Agent Framework, or comparable technologies.
Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP), API integration, and initial exposure to software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, or AIOps concepts are desirable.
Willingness to travel.
Fluent German (C1) and English, both written and spoken.
