- Lead or contribute to sales improvement and operational readiness projects that drive channel performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional project activity, managing dependencies, risks, actions, and stakeholder engagement to keep delivery on track.
- Work closely with teams across product, technology, operations, commercial, and regulatory functions to deliver practical channel solutions.
- Help design and deliver engaging sales enablement plans, training materials, communications, and launch support that empower partners to succeed.
- Turn complex technical and operational changes into simple, actionable guidance for partners and internal sales teams.
- Build strong feedback loops with partners and stakeholders, using insights and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business cases by assessing benefits, costs, risks, ROI, and customer value.
- Provide concise and impactful updates, presentations, and briefings to senior leaders and partner-facing teams.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, channel management, partner operations, wholesale, telecoms, or business transformation environments.
- Confident communicator with strong written, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoy solving problems, driving continuous improvement, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
- Ability to simplify complex operational or technical information and communicate it in a clear, engaging, and practical way.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to balance customer experience, business value, cost, and risk.
- Comfortable using data and insights to support decision-making and build compelling business cases.
