About the Role
Support digital transformation initiatives within a Project Procurement Department (PPD) by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into clear requirements, prioritised backlogs, and successful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support product backlog management, refinement, and prioritisation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, developers, IT, and data management teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process mapping activities.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and release readiness.
- Monitor sprint progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery priorities.
- Support digital transformation, change management, and system migration initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership support, or digital transformation.
- E-procurement or procurement transformation experience.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in UAT, release management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business, technology, and data teams.
- Public sector or institutional procurement experience is a plus.
- Experience with data management, governance, or compliance-driven digital systems is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools is a plus.
